Welcome to Path to Alignment with Hungry Yogi, my name is Nataly, your host and I am committed to guiding you into your path to alignment to become your most authentic self.
In this episode I talk about how growing up with no stability impacted me and how it lead me into a place of numbing and finding comfort in alcohol from a very young age to the point of heavily abusing alcohol. I describe how alcohol impacts the mind body and soul and how our soul essentially leaves our body when we drink alcohol. I speak about a HUGE epiphany I had about why we drink and I also throw in some scientific studies that sparked my interest and how I learned to tap into the most free version of myself without alcohol. And finally I share with you ways to drink intentionally and consciously if you choose to do so. I had a lot to say and I could've gone for longer, so grab your snacks, grab your hot cup of cacao and lets get into the show!
