I can't believe that Episode 40 of LEVerage is in the books!! 40!!! I am so humbled to hit this milestone.
So appropriate that Darren Slavens joined me to talk about what's going on in the market in the first few weeks of January.
I am not sure I have been this excited for a Spring Market in my whole career as I am for this one.
We are going to see recovery. We are going to see rates fall. Better times are ahead and it's a long time coming.
