Today on the podcast I chat with Holly Evans of London, Ontario. Holly has been in the saddle since before she could walk with many years of experience as a professional hunter/jumper rider and coach. We spoke about the importance of positive reinforcement, encouraging relaxation in young horses that are learning, training with release and reward - among many other things. We also discussed her experience growing a family and dealing with both the external and internal pressures of pregnancy in the horse world. Holly gives excellent advice on how to conquer imposter syndrome plus some words of wisdom when it comes to confidence issues in the tack.
