On the podcast today I had the chance to chat with Peter Gisborn. Peter is a professional rider and coach that was born into the equestrian industry following the footsteps of multiple generations in his family. We covered topics such as his approach when it comes to what makes a successful rider, the fundamental basics he likes to instil in young horses, the structure of his personal business, the service areas of the industry he likes to focus on and much more. Peter has had great success in his own career and also enjoys coaching his students at the national level. I really appreciated hearing Peter's opinions on some common areas of interest because he brought some new perspectives to the table.
