When it comes to taking care of ourselves in our midlife era as Elder Millennials, reaching into the fridge for a balanced, healthy, already prepped meal is a kind of self-love that is next level.
There’s only so long where we will ignore the symptoms we feel from eating the foods we know aren’t great for us. The unfortunate thing, which has been true for both Tonia & Vanessa, is that food intolerances are growing increasingly challenging to work around. So we have to ask ourselves, is it worth sneaking a bit of gluten or are we ok with the crippling pain and gas that comes along with it?


The body keeps the score. It isn’t a secret what you feed yourself.
So we journal, ask for food sensitivity panels and we take the news with grace. Meal prepping is for optimal health so we can feel and be better humans. How our bodies feel directly impacts the capacity we have to work through stress, to make good decisions, to make responsible decisions. The most important thing we can do is lay the foundation for a healthy body and healthy mind.
