=====五個自卑徵兆=====

1️⃣ self-doubt 自我懷疑,你常常會過度解讀自己的所作所為 (overanalyzing your action),對自己的行為鑽牛角尖,不放過自己,不斷地覺得自己不夠格(You feel like you are inadequate.)。

2️⃣ overly apologetic 你太常道歉了,明明就不是你的錯,但是你先主動去道歉。

3️⃣ downplay your achievement 淡化你的成就,當你自卑時會影響到你的自我價值self-worth,覺得你不值得讚美 (unworthy of compliments)。

4️⃣ negative self-image你常常會鄙視自己(look down on yourself)。

5️⃣ strive to be a perfectionist 努力成為完美主義者,因為你怕失敗,你可能會太過審視那些不完美的計劃。
