In this episode we get to interview one of San Antonio's most trusted long time Plumber.  Mr. Joe Enriquez is the current owner of this 52 year old family business, JC Enriquez Plumbing & Remodeling.   Joe, aka, Professor Plumber, is a well rounded expert when it comes to plumbing and remodeling projects around the Alamo City and has been known for diagnosing every day issues with plumbing.   What makes Joe a rising star in our beloved city is his unique way of adapting to the times and still keeping the traditional way of plumbing and remodeling bu sticking to his roots.   Joe is also a rising comedic star when it comes to telling his unique stories of encounters with his clientele and as well as how he has quirky instances working with family, and with a baby girl on the way,  there are many more tales in store for this young aspiring entrepreneur.
