In this podcast, our pastor interviewed Matt Marino from Reformed Classicalist to discuss Reformed Classical Apologetics.

Here are some of the questions that we prepared and discussed (some not in verbatim) during the podcast (not in order):
- What is (reformed) classical apologetics?
- Is there a non-reformed way to do classical apologetics?
- Follow-up: What is the role of reason in classical apologetics? How does it differ from the roles it plays in presuppositionalism, evidentialism, and reformed epistemology?
- How does classical apologetics view the relationship between faith and reason? Is there a hierarchy or a complementary relationship?
- What is the significance of natural theology in classical apologetics? Would you agree that natural theology is an unfruitful endeavor since unbelievers are totally depraved?
- What is the significance of philosophical arguments, such as cosmological, teleological, and ontological arguments, in classical apologetics? Would you agree that these arguments do not lead to the true God since these only argue for a generic god?
- How does classical apologetics approach the problem of evil? What is the role of divine sovereignty and human freedom in addressing this challenge?
- What are the strengths and weaknesses of classical apologetics compared to other apologetic approaches? How does it address the challenges and criticisms raised against it?
- What steps (please illustrate or give a real-life encounter example) should a believer take during an encounter with an atheist who believes that there is not enough evidence to believe that God exists.
- How should respond to those who say that since natural theology does not reveal the Triune God, therefore any idea that the unbelievers have about God is not an idol?
- In your course, you provided 5 basic assumptions (existence, causality, analogy, logic, basic reliability of sense perception). How would you respond when they say that classicalists wanted to presuppose other things except God?
