On today's episode I spoke with the lovely Carly Campbell-Cooper. Carly is an accomplished professional rider, coach and trainer who has joined forces with her husband John Jamieson at Endless Journey Farm in Ontario to continue pursuing their performance horse sales and training program. Carly has a wealth of knowledge having run her own client-based business for several years and spoke honestly about her journey navigating the industry. She has had many accomplishments in the big classes both in her junior and professional career, and I was grateful for the opportunity to ask her about some of the topics we're always interested in hearing about! We discussed developing horses, riders, dealing with competition nerves, confidence, the ups and downs of running a business, and so much more. I also had the chance to ask her about buying and selling high level prospects. Carly is so down to earth and I am excited for you guys to hear all of the inspiring things she had to say!
