Today I sat down on a whim with my friend Ashley Broderick and we just talked all things womens health. This episode was also released on their platform (hence the intro).

We talk everything from how your hormones actually work, how hormonal contraception works, what the REAL side effects are that most doctors aren't talking about, fertility awareness, cervical mucus, periods-- whats normal, whats not and SO SO much more. 

If you have listened or followed me for a while you know I am incredibly passionate about women understanding their bodies and giving alternative options besides the pill to shut down natural hormone production to help women who struggle with heavy or painful periods. Or plain old educating women on how their bodies actually work.
