Diana Licalzi, MS, RD, is a registered dietitian and holds a master's degree in Nutrition Science and Policy from Tufts University and is also a certified diabetes educator. She is the co-founded Reversing T2D, an online platform that helps individuals manage and reverse pre- and type 2 diabetes. Diana become very passionate about the "sober curious" movement after embarking on a booze-free month. She has been alcohol-free for almost a year now and loves empowering others to reexamine their relationship with alcohol.
