I am here to tell you that 'You are enough' and don't let anyone tell you any different.
Our beliefs can cause all sorts of havoc with us and the one big belief I hear all the time is that 'I am not good enough' that has actually been me for such a long time and I am on a mission to change that belief.
Being a woman is tricky enough and having to deal with hormonal changes as we get older and generally one of the things that then takes a hit is our mindset and self belief.
As you become aware of this it might seem really scary however I am here to reassure you that this is the best part. Once we are aware of our feelings, our thoughts and our beliefs we then have the opportunity to change them, exciting right.
