Episode 57 of Órlas Happy Hormones has just gone live and this week I'm talking all about Breakups & Heartache.  I recorded this last week while reflecting on life and where I am now as a person.  It's quite a personal one and honestly, I drank a glass of wine last night to give me the dutch courage to publish it.  Vulnerability is sh*t.
