We are way too busy. Burnout and exhaustion is more prevalent than ever. Even though we have more information, technology, and innovation to our advantages - we still have not steward our lives in a healthy way that honors God. From the beginning, God scheduled an appointment with humanity. I give some practical insight on the importance of rest and my experience being in Jerusalem during shabbat. Enjoy!
