The cost-of-living crisis crosses borders; last year more than double the number of Americans said they were short of money before payday – 51% against 24% in 2018. In 2022, 79% of Americans said they would be more interested in applying for a job that offers payments to them the same day they work – 30% more than in 2018. Earned wage access could be the solution to the problem.
