Hi Folks!
Today we discuss body confidence with the wonderful Mel Ciavucco! She's a body confidence expert who shares her experience, training, and knowledge with us. But who is Mel?
Mel is known for helping people with all kinds of body image and food-related issues, as well as offering training and workshops to help people learn about body image, weight stigma and disordered eating.
She has experience of working in domestic abuse services, using behaviour change and anger management techniques to aid growth.
Mel is a (new term alert) 'Integrative counsellor', meaning she draws on different theories and is SO collaborative in her approach to best suit people's needs. She's also an accredited member of the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).
I absolutely ADORED speaking with Mel today and I hope you can all show her some love on her website! I've linked her blog below so you've got some wonderful resources to tap into:

Folks, as always, for more information on my practice then visit my website: https://www.mindmanagementforyou.com/
Together we make a difference.
