Wax Nostalgic is a show that looks back on the good Ol' days, Laugh with us as we reminisce about past experiences and memories from our younger lives. Co-hosts Graham Johnstone, Ryan Kerwin and Sam Bagnall

In the First half of Episode 6 of Wax Nostalgic the boys talk about their love of spicy foods and how that passion came to be. Graham discusses his Hot Sauce Podcast/Youtube Channel SPICE FREAKS, He tells us about the difficulty of finding non butt themed specialty hot sauces and remembers munching down on pickled peppers with his childhood friend. Sam explains that his parents used to punish him with a spoon full of Tabasco sauce which he secretly loved and still loves to this day. Ryan visits a more recent memory of a restaurant called BIG CITY BURRITO where they make you sign a waver to use some of their hotter hot sauces on your food.

In part two we " Wet our whistles" with some pool time fun! (and also almost drowning). Graham thanks his parents for getting him swimming early, Remembers pool toys that he used to love and drags up his old fears of "the deep end". Sam wakes up and smells the goggles as he weaves a few tales about crazy kids he met at pools. Ryan tells us a horror story about nearly drowning at the age of 4 and then tells an even more terrifying story of his elementary schools speedos and bonnets uniform for swim class.
