It had it’s place, it did it’s thing, but all of those characters were bonafide crew members of the Garbage Barge – let’s keep that real. They were swabbin’ the poop decks with the rest of us trash more than they were blazing trails, and that’s what we’re talking about in this episode! We each have that place in our lives that Will & Grace will forever occupy, but it’s time to discuss how problematic the first series was, and what kind of stereotypes and ideas were perpetuated because this show was as wide-reaching was it was.
