Whether you are aware of it or not, I can almost guarantee that the need to compare/ compete with others is a subconscious belief that we all have to a certain degree.

After all, it is the base of how our schooling system is created.

A system that almost all of us went through without any thought or questions about the behaviors and beliefs it instills in us. Many are very useful and necessary for growth within our society. Some, however, may be better off forgotten/unlearned.
