After selling his first business, Tom completed a college degree, worked at national landscaping business with the sole purpose of learning their trade secrets, and then returned to what he does best. Building his own business and propelling its growth forward.
Focusing solely on strategic acquisitions from competitors in his area, Tom grew the business to achieve comfortable EBITDA margins of 15% a year.
