I am super grateful to share this conversation with James Ward

James is a husband, father, friend and an awesome man of God! He loves the outdoors and is an @xoskinusa ambassador.

He has 20 years of church and nonprofit leadership experience and over a decade of international experience in places such as Haiti, East Africa, Central America and East Asia. His heart is to expand the Kingdom around the globe. James is also an Instructor for one of the top leadership training events, the @3_of_7project Proving Grounds, which still has some openings for the January event. Check that out!

In this episode, we talk about joining the @heartforlebanon team as the Executive Director. We discuss the many storms he’s faced as a leader in an international organization, the importance of having a great team and what it takes to push through storms that are outside our control.

We also discuss his most recent storm, the passing of his father and the setting in which that played out about a month ago at the @midstatemile.
