When you hear some of the things that today’s guest has already achieved at a young age it’ll blow your mind.

But to me she’s also an example of someone who’s truly connected to her purpose and see’s no barriers in what’s possible.

Finalist for Young Australia of the year at 20, list as one of Australia’s top 100 most influential women at 21, recipient of Pride of Australia Medal, has been on the front cover of the Financial Review, the Yellow Pages and featured in a documentary aired on prime-time national television.

Nicole Gibson is a fierce ambassador for mental health and connection. She’s CEO of The Rogue and Rouge Foundation and has published her first book (because I have no doubt there will be many more for Nic) Love Out Loud. Our conversation is heart-warming and deep as Nic shares her own experiences with mental health and practical tools she still uses to keep love at the forefront of everything she does.
