Burnout- it's not a place we want to be. 

But when you're juggling all of the plates, it can creep up on you more quicklly than you think. And it's not an easy place to break free from. 

On this week's episode of Courage & Chaos, I'm chatting with Sarah Williamson- feelow burnout survivor and solopreneur who is passionate about sharing her experience and how she made changes to her business and her life to help navigate through the overwhelm and to a much happier place.

We each share the story of how we got from stressed to burnout: and the things we did to work our way out of it. There's lots of very honest chat, advice and ideas for tackling overwhelm and trying to keep burnout mode at bay (or stop yourself from going there again, if you, like us, have been there before).
