On this episode of Say More Words we're starting a new series! "For When..." GRWM while we talk it out. We all get frustrated, it happens, sometimes it feels like the world is conspiring against us! Many of us are going through a unique time in our lives. "The Sandwich Generation" those who are responsible for caring for both young children and aging parents. It's okay. It's okay to be frustrated. Period.

Often we face a range of emotions all at once. Yes, even feelings such as frustration, anger and guilt, it's okay. What's not okay is to live in those feelings! Trust me it's not a great place to be. They can visit but they can't stay here!
