Episode 7 is about supervision and not limited to the workplace. Supervision is practiced wherever there is human interaction. If you are a supervisor or aspire to become one, this will apply directly to you. Everyone has strengths and hopes, dreams in their life and work. It is what makes the episode helpful for everyone.
