This conversation blew me out of the water and is one of the most favorite episodes I have recorded and I think I made a friend for life in Brenna Davey. 

Brenna and I connected through the good old powers of the internet and I went out on a limb and asked her to chat on the podcast because she seemed like an interesting human.

This conversation has encompassed so accurately many of my views and core beliefs. From mental health, nutrition, trauma, mental health, alcohol and yes-- even politics.
