Sam steals his Dad's Foreigner cassette, remembers The Steve Miller Band Greatest hits and embaraces himself with his old love of Faith Hill, Graham looks back at the days when his mom wouldn't let him shop at the record store and his first purchase, Semi-Charmed life by Third Eye Blind. This segment has a lot of singing so needless to say, we had fun,

In part 2 of this episode we run full speed into the topic of Field day! Sam dreads playing volleyball against his middle school teachers and then embarrasses himself ONCE AGAIN with what will now be his permanent catch phrase... "Disco". Graham gets picked last :( but gets a participation award! then gets a leg up on the other kids in cross country racing. Ryan wins the house cup with his topic of school houses and then bunts his baseball team into the end of their season.
