Ashley Ball (formerly Broderick) is the co-founder of Ballistic Performance and one of my dearest friends. 

She is also pregnant with her first child!  Today we sit down and catch up some (we are both so busy!), what her pregnancy has been like-- the struggles + the good, what her training/nutrition has looked like + what its like to be in a changing body.
