Today, I did the unthinkable for most people in 2020 -- I left Instagram and Facebook.  Most people would never fathom doing this, ESPECIALLY if they run an online business like I do.  But, I did an extensive pro/con analysis and came up with 12 reasons why it's better for me both personally and professionally to make my exit.  I'm not saying I'm right, I'm just offering my opinion.
