有時候,天氣很好,生活也沒出什麼問題,
但你卻怎麼樣都提不起勁,連自己都說不上哪裡怪怪的。
我們總是能迅速察覺身體的不舒服,
卻很少停下來關心心理的疲憊。

當你常常覺得空、覺得累、提不起興趣,
不是你太敏感,也不是哪裡做錯了,
而是你的心,正在輕輕地提醒你:
我,也需要被看見、被照顧。

這一集,我想陪你一起練習「覺察」——
練習聽見那些微小卻真實的情緒訊號,
給自己多一點溫柔的空間,不再硬撐。
你不需要「很嚴重」,才值得被理解。

有時候,一切就從一個簡單的提問開始:
「我今天,真的還好嗎?」

Sometimes, everything looks fine—
the weather’s nice, life seems okay on the outside—
but inside, you feel tired, unmotivated, or just... off.
We’re quick to notice physical pain,
but emotional fatigue?

That often goes unheard.
In this episode, I invite you to slow down—
to notice the subtle signs your heart might be sending.

That heaviness or emptiness you feel?
It’s not “too sensitive.”
It’s your mind gently asking:
"Can you care about me, too?"

You don’t need to fall apart to deserve support.
Sometimes, healing begins with one small question:
"How am I, really?"
