Having  a start-up in a politically conflicted zone like Kashmir- is itself a  big challenge- surviving another day is an issue and of course the  mental toll that it takes on the founders.

In  this candid conversation with the founder of Kashmir's fastest growing food chain- Parsa's Food For All, Javid Parsa,  we understand his need to be  in Kashmir- his homeland despite the challenges, and how he through his  other initiatives in education, and libraries, is trying to bring about  normalcy and a cultural change in Kashmir.
