We often speak about the glass ceiling in business in terms of money - the cap - the invisible threshold.
Today I want to explore the glass ceiling from the perspective of hyper independence.
For many female entrepreneurs, we are incredibly independent, we are driven, determined, passionate, focused and hold a vision close to our heart.
All strong and valuable attributes.
However hyper independence can be masked by these attributes and can stem from a place of lack of trust, need for safety and circumstances we have lived.
When we translate that into business, it may be limiting you and placing you under a glass ceiling.
