In our last study, we began to look at all the riches we already have in Christ. The amazing fact according to the scriptures is that God the Father has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ in heavenly places. These blessing are for all believers in Christ now.
In these riches we see the work of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We see the trinity at work in the life of the believer.
In this study, we will look at the work of the Father. As we look at it, we will tackle some huge doctrines. Not only are we already looking at the doctrine of the trinity, but now we will look at the doctrines of election and predestination. Sadly, these doctrines have been mangled and misconstrued. But in truth, they are a part of the riches we have in Christ. We will look at them and discover, according to God's word, the joy we should have in knowing that we have been chosen and predestined by God.
