Mark and I met under a weird strange circumstance and we talk a little about that.  Mark is a man of many trades.  He’s a singer, song writer, studio owner, recording engineer, producer, multi instrumentalist..

And  he’s into meditation.   This is what our main focus of the conversation went.. We talked about how through meditation, one can gain a greater respect for oneself.. Really cool stuff!!!
