Anxiety is something most of us deal with. The Bible has something to say about our anxiety and we just need to know, its all about taking one step at a time.

We hold onto what people say about us when they didn't create us. The best step we can take is go to the wood shop and spend time with the Woodcarver who knows you, created you and wants to speak who we are in his eyes, Special.

What if it was possible to walk around and not be affected by the gray dots and gold stars. If we learn to spend time everyday with our creator, truly understanding how he sees us and believe him we will walk around confident in who God says we are not people.

One of the central things we are all trying to figure out is who we are. Gray dots and Gold stars seem silly but if we believe in them too much we are left with a false identity.

A curb is an indicator to let you know that you are getting close to a space that you shouldn't go. We have curbs or bumpers when it comes to our emotions to help keep them in check so we don't always impulsively act on how we feel.

I don't feel like it or I feel like giving up are normal emotions to experience. What would it look like for us to push through those emotions so that even when we don't feel like it we do what honors God.

Feelings are real but aren't always reliable. We have to begin to take a step back and ask why are we feeling what we are feeling.

Have you ever asked yourself how dateable am I? We have to first look inward and build a meaningful connection to God so that we can have a meaningful connection with others.

Singleness brings a lot of questions. Have you ever asked yourself why am I single? Take this season to prepare so when a relationship comes you put in the work.

Its hard to end up happy and married if we don't start single and secure. We have to begin to see our worth by believing and living how God sees us.
