My passion for over 30 years has been exploring, discovering and  teaching skills and talents that make us better communicators.  

My “Why” first came to light while I was living in Japan in the 1980s.  Even after 7 years in the country, I found myself at times struggling to  communicate the depths of who I was.  

I wanted to “communicate to connect” with people, to build a bridge and a  bond between us from which friendships and business relationships based  on trust would be born and nourished.

Carla is a business coach and online course creator at  carlabiesinger.com who specializes in Instagram marketing. She works  with high achieving female entrepreneurs, helping them build their own  profitable online businesses through the power of Instagram. Her mission  is to empower women to take the first steps towards monetizing their  passion and to grow their brand online, allowing them to reach a wider  audience and create more wealth and freedom in their lives.

With over 30 years of leadership, consulting, and systems integration  experience, having served in various senior executive level positions,  Dr. Linda Singh offers a blend of public and private sector experience  that spans health, defense, state, and local government.  

As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kaleidoscope Affect, LLC  providing leadership and strategic advisory services for a variety of  clients.  Dr. Singh is transitioning from the Interim Executive Director  and CEO of TEDCO focused on investing and helping to grow early stage  technology and life sciences companies to fuel economic development and  growth. Prior to that she served as a Major General in the Maryland  National Guard, dedicating more than 38 years of service. As the  Adjutant General and a Cabinet Secretary she was responsible for the  Maryland Military Department.  As part of her military role she worked  with senior level officials at ministerial and ambassador levels in  Estonia and Bosnia developing country strategies under the Department of  Defense State Partnership Program.  Dr. Singh retired from Accenture in  2016, she was a Managing Director in the Health and Public Service  North America Operating Unit where she served for 21 years.

Jen DeVore Richter is the former head of advertising and consumer  research for NASA at Kennedy Space Center where she implemented their  first ever direct response TV campaign helping to make KSC one of the  top 5 most visited tourist attractions in Florida.  

Jen made the switch from marketing executive to entrepreneur in 2003 and  last year was awarded "Innovator of the Year" for excellence in  Business Coaching. Her clients call her the "Queen of Monetization."
