Epic vs Apple Phase 2 continues in earnest with both parties appealing the trial court's decision to the Ninth Circuit.

But before that process can even get under way, Apple has moved to stop the court's injunction of its "anti-steering" rule (set to go into effect in December); a move that meets the mind of the trial court judge about as well as one might expect.
