Epilepsy HELL to Epilepsy WELL | Do MORE Than The Doctor Tells You

If I go there will be trouble... and if I stay there will be double. Charged and ready to burn it down like a Phoenix rising from the ashes of bad choices and no resolution.

Facebook.com/pages/howtolivewithepilepsy aka ‘Epilepsy Secrets’ got an upgrade from discovering health and wellness. I had more to talk about but I am so tired the last few dats. Rest up after listening and we will talk more tomorrow.

I don’t drink but I do have to watch other people make decisions that affect their health snd my brain doesn’t like it. From losing to lost... in a bottle.

Often in life we find ourselves in need of solutions we don't have. That requires help from others. Sometimes that help helps and sometimes you need to find ways to move through it. So move it or lose your mind and find some people that makes sense.

It really is. I watch Glen all day by myself until Inna gets home. I try to relax and plan. You should too. See you tomorrow when I start the NEW OFA Challenge and restart the epilepsy secrets process with Mastermind.com too.

It’s important to know what you want. Then you can go after it. And when you fall down and go boom You don’t rub dirt on it anymore you put some ‘feel good’ on it.

FunnelGood.com/ofa-challenge is going to be LIVE with Russell Brunson starting Monday. After our live party broadcast of the 5 Day Lead Challenge, I touched up this page to give our ‘epilepsy entreprenuers💜’ FB group a chance to learn with me and you can too!

Make a choice. As the caterpillar smoked his hookah, he asks Alice a most important question “Who Are You?”

OnePager will be available on EpilepsySecrets.com soon ... Then we go Challenge your mornings and concur your day to help you sleep better and wake rested and ready for Epilepsy Well ... (why not take care of yourself?!).
