Every journey starts with a single step, and every podcast starts with an episode 0 that you technically recorded after episode 1 but let's not get tangled up in the details here, it's not important. Yet.

What is important is that this is the beginning of Project P.O.D., where two brothers sit down to watch through the classic 1985 anime, Dirty Pair. This first episode, which is the second episode we recorded but the 0th episode in the podcast feed is a brief explanation of what we're doing here (watching an anime and talking about it) and why (we got bored), along with a brief discussion about the origins of the Dirty Pair and its storied history as a series of light novels, an anime, an OVA, a movie, and then another anime that is sort of the same but different.

Also at some point FedEx rings my doorbell and I don't go and get it, but you do hear it in the background. Sorry about that. Also about Aaron's weird right-channel-only audio, I'll try to figure out what to do about that at some point that isn't right now.
