Dr. Michelle Boland is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with Distinction (CSCS*D) and owner of both Reframe Performance Inc. and Michelle Boland Training. Reframe Performance Inc. is a remote coaching service that provides supportive strategies for running and hiking enthusiasts. Prior experience includes Director of Education at a private training facility and many years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for a D1 collegiate institution. Michelle holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition, a master's degree in strength and conditioning, and a doctoral degree in exercise physiology. She specializes in movement biomechanics, athletic development, and improving fitness while addressing nagging pain or injuries that may limit performance. Michelle also enjoys hiking and competing in trail marathons and ultramarathons.
