Our brains really fuck with us. None more often than when our brain drives our emotions and our interactions in the lifestyle. As humans, we have a primitive part of our brain that controls our lives in ways many do not understand. It all goes back to our “caveman” and “cavewoman” roots and our instinctual need to survive. Our instincts do not give us free reign, but they do make our decision making difficult at times. With a better understanding of our instincts, those considering or already in the lifestyle can have a more free and open dialogue with themselves, their significant other, and sexual partners. Don’t let the science scare you off. Use it to enjoy a life with purpose and some sexy time.
