Many people experience anxiety and panic attacks It’s normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes A feeling of a loss of control can be crushing and can shut you down Identify what triggers your anxiety (money, time, family etc.) If it’s money then the key is to make sure you are living within your means Living within your means can make your entire life more enjoyable, from relationships to daily stress. Money is something you can control and taking command of things you can control will help reduce your stress and anxiety Managing your stress is rooted in making a routine that combats your stress and stick to that routine Put faith in the process that leads to good results Overcoming fear and anxiety doesn’t happen over night. Identify your anxiety and make a plan to address it and attack the plan every day.
