I really enjoyed recording this episode with my dear friend and sports massage/trigger point teacher Chris.  At 67 years old he decided to embark on his first psychedelic journey with ayahuasca.  I love to hear about people's very first experience with plant medicine and Chris' did not disappoint.  He is a ball of light and I'm so grateful to have crossed paths with him in this life.
