Tate goes solo on location to Albuquerque and sits down with investor Shawn Winslow to discuss global events as they've been developing before our eyes. We recorded this hours after the Governor of Massachusetts declared a state of emergency. Shawn was about to board a plane for Boston, so the impact was hitting home. 

Our thoughts are with all who are suffering with illness and/or fear. Its a distinctly intense time in our history. We hope to continue to be a positive contribution to people, especially our passive investors and residents of our communities.
