Self Care when it comes your health is important! You have to take care of you if you want to feel good. Here are my top tips for you to get back into your routine so you can feel strong, healthy and energized again!
1) Find an exercise format you LOVE.
2) Schedule the time.
3) Accountability (in movement & nutrition)
4) Stop being so damn hard on yourself!
We may be in different boats, but we are in the same storm together. We can do this! Let's take it one step at a time.
