If 2020 has given you a new perspective around how you spend your time and who you spend your time with... you're not alone! When some REAL LIFE stuff happens, who is in your corner? Do you have flakey, negative, dream doubters? Or do you have encouragers who love deeply and help you become your best true self?
The 3 types of relationships that SERVE me in every season:
What type of relationships are you hanging on to our of convenience and what relationships will walk with you into your destiny?
Let me be the friend that bum rushes your bedroom, turns the lights on and pulls the covers to tell you "it's time to do the damn thing!" It's time. Get up and get moving! Things I know you want to do:
1. Exercise and move- it gives you super power energy!
2. Wake up early and get more hours in your day.
3. Eat right! Don't get overwhelmed boo, just eat real food. Keep it simple. You know your going to feel SO good from making good choices in what you put in your body. Things I know you don't want to do:
1. Wasting your life scrolling on Instagram. Filling your mind with the false reality of other people's lives and feeling less than when you compare your real life to their highlight real. STOP BINGING and go do something that adds value to your life!
OK, love you, byeeeeee!
The Power of the Mind
Physical Awareness and Mind/Body Connection:
1. Bad Form: Bad form is simply moving in manner that is unsafe or inefficient or both
2. If this learned movement doesn't serve your body, with time it will cause pain and injury.
3. The strong athletes, Olympians, put more stress on their body than most. They train for hours every day. Their constant training allows the mind to connect to the body in such a strong way that the body goes on auto pilot. You can teach the mind to power your body.
Thoughts & Beliefs:
1. You can train your thoughts the same way as you train your body. But in order to establish "proper form" you have to look at the thoughts and beliefs that do not serve your true identity.
2. Humans crave safety and security. Anything outside of safety is where our brain screams "DANGER" and instinctually wants us to run away from dreaming big and breaking old thoughts. We must strengthen our mind to embrace new thoughts to get over this fear response.
Training Baby Elephants....
You are no longer chained and you are no longer small. Step out in boldness and be who you are called to be!
It's time to release the guilt and shame associated with doing well in this season. You can still hold space to have compassion, empathy and awareness for all the heaviness happening in the world while experiencing a season of growth, provision and blessing.
If you are doing well, you can show up for others. You have NO idea how you showing up, can make an impact in someone’s life. You have no idea how powerful what you have inside you is. If you are in a season where you are growing, and thriving and aligning with who you are created to be, you are your best self. When we are our best self, we can make an impact! And are are in need of positive impact right now friends.

My relationship with God is the most important relationship in my life. My heart is to share His goodness and His LOVE. I hope you can relate to my experience running from Religion, and into Relationship with God.

Our culture creates so much pressure to have the "perfect" body and makes many perceive exercise as an expectation more than a gift! Our physical fitness is only a sliver of our health and wellness.
