Today we sat down with Myke, the owner of NJ Gourmet.  Located in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, NJG is a meal prep service & deli that deals in macro-friendly foods.  They have been in business since 2019 and have brought their high quality foods to the community through online orders and now in their Fair Lawn location, in person.  We are proud to have him join us on this podcast.
