Ingredients

– 2 cups of Carb Quik

– 1/4 cup of heavy cream

– 1/4 cup water

– 1/2 stick of butter (4 tbsp)

– 1/2 cup of shredded cheese

– pinch of salt

– pinch of garlic powder

 

Directions

– Preheat oven to 450 degrees

– Slice up the 1/2 stick of butter into several pieces

– Stir the pieces/slices of butter into 2 cups of Carb Quik until the mixture resembles coarse meal

– Add shredded cheese, pinch of salt, garlic powder and continue to stir well

– Mix in 1/4 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of water and continue to stir

– Hand press the dough into small patties onto lightly greased cookie sheet — approximately 1 ounce size portions

– Bake in hot oven for 7 – 10 minutes until biscuits look scrumptious as fuck
