In this episode I catch up with Elly Arnst and discuss her debut ultra race (and win!) at the 2021 Old Forest Hanmer 100. 

Elly is an experienced tramper, runner, and is a bit of an adventure legend! Despite this being her first ultra race, she is no stranger to taking on long distances over challenging terrain. At the end of 2020 she took on the epic Ruahine Traverse in 39 hours without sleep, alongside good friend and Hanmer 100 crew-mate Katie Wright.
