In preparation for this weekend’s fireworks to celebrate our country’s independence, I thought it would only be right to ignite our muscles and blast our cardio with a HIIT workout! You’re working as hard as you can on this to obtain the benefits from this modality. Modify the exercises where needed and light up your body with this explosive workout!

Workout: 5 exercises, each done for 30 seconds with a 20 second recovery for two rounds.Equipment: Hand weight (medicine ball, loaded backpack, toddler), mat (optional) - Squat with Overhead Press- Spider Pushup- Cross Country Skiers- Down, Down, Up, Up-Burpee
